Clean:  The lack of any distortion or tone changes of any kind.  This isn’t as easy as just not using guitar effect pedals.  Many amplifiers have reverb and distortion built into their sounds.  In most cases “Clean” is used when hearing just the guitar through the amplifier without effect pedals.
