Celestial Effects was born out of our love for music, we married our expertise in electronic circuit board design, manufacturing knowledge and musical backgrounds to produce rugged, boutique quality guitar effects backed with the ability to produce these units in our facility with repeatable quality and timely deliveries. Our chief pedal designer, Dom Mancini, has been designing, building, modifying and repairing guitars, pedals and tube amps for over 25 years. His true love is hand built custom tube amps. He also has an insatiable thirst for the perfect tone. This means his tone quest will continue indefinitely, resulting in many new products to be released in the future.
