Loophole Pedals is a one-man operation, and was founded in May of 2016 in Waxahachie, Texas. The business grew from a passion to reach the music community in a unique way while exercising a knack for business ventures. The founder, Mike Copeland, happily lives with his wife in the Dallas, Texas.

Mike set to make a change and became committed to learning how to repair, mod, and build stomp box effects. Once he discovered the practicality of improving existing circuits, he decided to begin selling his modification services. In 2017, he began offering rehouse services.

In 2018, Loophole Pedals transitioned to offer finished products in place of services to follow through with our passion for pedals.

In 2019, Loophole Pedals launched their first drive, Grey Matter drive pedal.
